Participants identified a need for resolving marine resource management issues and conflicts. To respond to that need the Bay of Fundy Marine Resources Planning Initiative was initiated in May 2004. Public are being encouraged to attend to learn about, discuss and provide input to - Marine Resources Planning in the Bay of Fundy. Feedback, to date, calls for the protection of livelihoods, fair access to the marine environment and better management of resource user activities.
